CrossFit East Redlands was created for those individuals who are interested in changing their life. They've tried boot camp, yoga, LA Fitness and other local gyms and just didn't find what they were looking for. Our members are a dedicated group of individuals who come to the gym 3-5 times a week and have had tremendous progress in the areas of strength and conditioning. We have members who couldn't run 400 meters when they started and are now running miles for time! Our oldest member is 80 years young and our youngest is 12. Our coaches will modify any workout to suit your needs!

Since opening CrossFit East Redlands in 2013, our members have enjoyed participating in the Redlands Bicycle Classic, the KO KLASH, CrossFit Open, and other local CrossFit competitions. Our community is a fun loving, family oriented group of individuals who love CrossFit and the friends they've made here.

CrossFit East Redlands is located inside Vines Storage. You will need to call/text or email for a gate code. Our facility offers a secure area for outdoor running and has an 800, 400, and 200 meter loops all within Vines Storage. No need to run on busy streets! In our 6,000 square foot facility, we have showers, 2 rooms completely dedicated to children and we offer childcare at 9AM. We have more than 7 CrossFit Level 1 instructors on staff, our head coach spends hours learning about CrossFit, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and has really dedicated her life to fitness. She will go above and beyond to help each person achieve their goals! Our rates and specials can be found here and if you are new to CrossFit we encourage you to consider the beginner special.

  • WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
  • CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. Glassman, CrossFit's Founder and CEO, was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health.
  • CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
